Art Cube 2R2 hosts Seo Dae-ho Photography Exhibition, 'Approaching Memory'

The first public unveiling of a collaborative work by ARTTOKEN NFT Studio, blending photography and digital art into a landscape of memory

Art Cube 2R2, located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, announced on the 8th that it will host Seo Dae-ho's photography exhibition, 'Approaching Memory,' from May 9th to June 11th.
The artist has continuously pursued experimental work that transcends the boundaries of photography and painting, by assigning visual language to the intangible concept of memory. Figures with veiled faces, dyed fabrics, frontal objects, flowing shadows, and sculptural order structure the sensation of memory. To him, color is the language of emotion, and the structure of memory slowly reveals itself through light, negative space, texture, and arrangement.
This exhibition introduces approximately 15 photographic works alongside digital art collaborated with ARTTOKEN's NFT Studio. Hong Ji-sook, CEO of ARTTOKEN, stated, "This exhibition demonstrates how deeply photography and emotion can harmonize." She added, "It is a space where visitors can approach their own memories by following the visual clues presented by the artist, and we hope they can recall the precious emotions and memories within themselves alongside the works."
The artist graduated from the Department of Photography at Chung-Ang University and has participated in numerous domestic and international advertising and art projects, including the '2020 CONNECT, BTS' project and 'Art of Chocolate' at Lotte World Tower Charlotte. Recently, he has continued his active career by holding solo exhibitions at the Seoul Arts Center, Lemua Cheongdam Gallery, and Lotte World Tower About Project Lounge.
