ARTTOKEN to Participate in International Art Fair 'Art Dubai 2025'
The Korea Economic Daily

ARTTOKEN announced on the 9th that it will participate in 'Art Dubai (Art Dubai 2025)', the largest international art fair in the Middle East, which will be held from the 18th to the 20th.
ARTTOKEN plans to showcase works at Booth X15 in the Digital Section. Four artists, ranging from their 20s to 60s, active in different cultural spheres such as Seoul, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, will participate in this fair's exhibition.
Virtual artist Genesis Kai proposes meditation through digital work, inspired by traditional moon jars. Jiyoon Oh paints monochrome paintings capturing the sea, time, and existence using traditional materials. Soonkyung Oh modernizes folk painting and colored paintings, and Hiroyuki adds humor and warmth to classic masterpieces by adding cats.
The booth concept involves placing digital works and physical pieces side-by-side in a single space, attempting a visual dialogue that crosses form, medium, era, and region. The works of the four artists, each with different backgrounds and sensibilities, are connected by the keyword 'Now'.
Hong Jisook, CEO of ARTTOKEN, stated, "Through this participation in Art Dubai, ARTTOKEN aims to introduce the artistry of Asian artists to the international stage by digitally reinterpreting their work. We expect this to be a new starting point to showcase the diversity and depth of contemporary Asian art to the global art market, which has high interest in K-Art."
